Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs W. Patrick Murphy will travel to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on April 25 for meetings with the Cambodian government, opposition, civil society, and private sector.  Deputy Assistant Secretary Murphy will also participate in a conversation with members of the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative.
