The U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh is a large procurement operation, processing approximately 6 million dollars in annual acquisitions from several agencies of the U.S. Mission in Cambodia.

Our mission is to ensure that the government’s requirements for goods and services are acquired in a manner consistent with U.S. laws and regulations by ensuring that the U.S. Government meets its requirements at the best price and value.

The U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh has a requirement for a specialized vendor for “the Supply of LED Bollard Fixture (Brand name or equal)” for U.S Embassy Phnom Penh. You are invited to submit a quotation. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) consists of the following sections:

  1. Standard Form SF-18
  2. Basic information, technical specifications, and product catalog

The Embassy plans to award a purchase order. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors with regard to price quotations to be submitted. The RFQ does not commit the Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it.

Please read the RFQ carefully, and if you are interested, submit your quotation. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Cambodia will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.

The Contractor shall provide storage services and other logistical support services for the U.S. Mission in Cambodia in accordance with Section 1 – Description/Specifications/Work Statement of the solicitation.  The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

The government is planning a preproposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov  prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
