The U.S. Pacific Command (PACOM) will be providing medical lab equipment to the Ministry of Health at the National Blood Transfusion Center (NBTC) on July 31, 2015. An official ceremony will be held in recognition of the United States’ support for the safe and effective delivery of blood services as a vital part of public health in Cambodia. U.S. Embassy Deputy Chief of Mission Julie Chung and H.E. Mam Bunheng, Minister of Health, will deliver remarks.
Members of the media are invited to attend and should arrive at the NBTC no later than 2:00 p.m. on July 31, 2015. The NBTC is located as follows:
National Blood Transfusion Center, Street 271, Sangkat Tumnop Toek, Khan Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh lLocated in the same compound as the Khmer-Soviet Hospital, but with a separate entry gate.
